Cis Men and Pee Funnels

Some cisgender men need a device to pee standing up. If this is you, welcome! Let me start by saying I am NOT a man, so while I hope this information may be useful, it is not intended to be definitive. I can’t test these as a dude!

I’ll start with the obvious one. Check out the pStyle!

• Both advertised and designed in a gender neutral way

• I rated it among the “easiest to use”

• Flesh tones available

• Neutral colors available (for both pStyles and cases)

• The easiest to clean

I believe every other device featured on this site (aka the ones I could easily buy) is designed with cis women or trans men in mind. With that said, here are a couple thoughts on aesthetics and discretion:

• The GoPee by Human Gear can be folded into a flat sheet. It’s highly discreet, although marketed to women.

• The Freshette, while again CLEARLY marketed to women (it’s called a “female urinary director”), looks like a piece of military equipment and has a bendy tube you can aim. The tube folds back so it slips into a pocket well.

• I can’t vouch for how well these will work with your anatomy! I have only tested with mine.

The good news is, if you wear men’s pants, it’s going to be a lot easier to get your pee funnel through the fly than it is in women’s pants. Check out these clothing tips.
